Marketplace chaos,
into books the BIR accepts.
Pawi reconciles your Shopee, Lazada & TikTok exports to the peso, then lays out every Sales Invoice and Book of Account, so you simply transcribe them into your registered manual books. Not a CAS. Just clarity.

How it works
One order becomes one invoice becomes one book line.
You never merge files or do the math. Pawi assembles the truth; you transcribe it into the physical, BIR-registered books you already keep. Watch a single order travel the pipeline.
- 01
Your raw export, as the platform ships it
Order ID Substatus Gross Fee WHT DEMO-88F4C1 Completed 3,190.00 -287.10 -31.90 Two files per platform, capped and multi-part. Pawi merges them, dedups on the order key, and checks month coverage, so nothing is silently missing.
- 02
Becomes one Sales Invoice
Sales Invoice № · from your ATP

gross · bookable₱3,190.00
Buyer-paid gross, never net. The SI number is the next one from your own ATP booklet, Pawi never invents it. Withholding is kept aside as a 2307 credit, not folded in.
- 03
Lands as a line in your books
Date SI № Particulars Amount Dec 04 DEMO-0044 Online sales: Lazada 3,190.00 A clean Cash Receipts Book entry, ready to transcribe into your registered manual book. You write it; Pawi keeps the running total tied to the peso.
Reconciled to the peso
1,391 bookable + 298 excluded = 1,689 orders
Every order is sorted bookable vs excluded, and the totals tie out exactly. Refunds keep their own period, and withholding is set aside as a 2307 credit, never folded into the books.

The fiddly parts, handled
The details that trip sellers up.
Withholding · 2307
Pulled out as a credit, not lost in fees
Pawi reads the withheld tax straight from your settlement file, or 2307, and tracks it as a creditable tax. It never computes it, and never folds it into your books or invoice amount.

Multi-file ingest
Every export, merged & checked
Exports are capped at ~a month, so Pawi merges the parts, dedups on the order key, and verifies month coverage. A truncated upload is caught, not silently booked.
Small sales
Sub-₱500 sales bundled
Per your issuance rules, Pawi conserves small sales under ₱500 into a single invoice, so you write fewer entries without under-declaring a peso.
Timing
Refunds & late sales, in the right period
A December sale that settles in January books in Q1; a refund lands in its own period. Your quarterly figures stay honest across the boundary.
Built on your real exports.
Two reports per platform (an order export and a settlement file), joined automatically on the order key. Confirmed against full Q4 2025 quarters.

Built for your tax profile
It knows what you actually file.
8%, graduated, or BMBE: Pawi shows the right forms and books for your profile and hides the ones that don't apply. An 8% seller never sees a 2551Q.
8% on gross sales (less ₱250k for the purely self-employed), in lieu of graduated income tax AND the percentage tax.
You file
- 1701Qquarterly income tax
- 1701Aannual income tax
- 2551Qnot required: the 8% replaces it
Pawi helps
Pawi books buyer-paid gross and assigns sequential SI numbers from your ATP, no 2551Q clutter.
Your data is yours
Built to keep you safe, and out of trouble.
- Buyer details dropped on import
- Pawi strips buyer names and personal info the moment you import (Data Privacy Act, ADR-012). It keeps only what the books actually need.
- Your books, your numbers
- SI numbers come sequentially from your own ATP. Pawi never invents them, and never files anything on your behalf.
- Grounded in the real rules
- Logic follows RR 7-2024, RR 16-2023 & RMC 77-2024, reviewed against a CPA. Not tax advice: anything that needs a professional is flagged as one.

Straight answers
The questions every seller asks.
Does Pawi file my taxes?
No. Pawi prepares your figures and documents; you (or your accountant) file. It's a transcription aid, not a filing service.
Is Pawi a CAS? Do I need a Permit to Use?
No. Pawi is deliberately not a Computerized Accounting System, so there's no BIR Permit to Use to worry about. You keep your own BIR-registered manual books.
Do I still write in my own books?
Yes. Pawi lays out every Sales Invoice and book entry; you transcribe them into your physical, registered books, so they stay authentically yours.
Where do the SI numbers come from?
From your own ATP range. You enter your starting number and Pawi assigns sequentially from there. It never invents an official invoice number.
How is withholding handled?
Pawi reads the withheld amount from your settlement file / 2307; it never computes it, and tracks it separately as a creditable tax. Under ₱500k a year, you have none.
