Terms of Use

Last updated 24 July 2026

A plain-language summary of what Pawi does, what it does not do, and the terms of using it. Please read it alongside our Privacy Policy.

What Pawi is

Pawi is a transcription and bookkeeping aid for Philippine online sellers. It turns your Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok exports into Sales Invoices and Books of Account that you write into your own physical, BIR-registered manual books.

What Pawi is not

Pawi is not a Computerized Accounting System (CAS) and needs no BIR Permit to Use. It does not file any tax return for you, and it never issues an official invoice number, your SI numbers come sequentially from your own Authority to Print (ATP).

Pawi is a tool, not professional advice. Its figures and layouts are not tax, accounting, or legal advice. Anything that needs a professional is flagged as such; consult a CPA or the BIR for your specific situation.

Your responsibilities

You keep your own BIR-registered manual books and transcribe Pawi's output into them. You enter your correct ATP starting number and tax profile, upload complete and accurate exports, and review every figure before relying on it. You are responsible for your own filings and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Acceptable use

Use Pawi only for your own lawful bookkeeping. Do not attempt to access another seller's data, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it. Each account's data is isolated to that account.

Availability & changes

Pawi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis while in active development. Features may change, and we may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.

Your data & ending your account

Your books, invoice numbering, and history remain yours. You may stop using Pawi at any time. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
